Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Dolce Sweets provides products and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

  • All products are subject to availability and may vary
  • Some cakes may be delivered in bud to ensure freshness
  • Products may contain allergens (milk, eggs, gluten)
  • We may substitute items with equal or higher value
  • If unavailable — refund will be processed
  • Delivery is made within selected date and business hours

2. Prices

  • Prices are valid for 7 days
  • Prices exclude VAT unless stated
  • Prices may differ across platforms
  • We reserve the right to change prices

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders require full customer and delivery details
  • Payment via major cards and online methods
  • Orders confirmed after processing
  • Minimum age: 16 years

4. Delivery

  • Accurate delivery details are required
  • Orders may be left with reception or staff
  • Redelivery fee may apply
  • Delivery available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
  • Delays may occur due to external factors

5. Cancellations & Returns

  • Contact immediately for changes
  • Perishable goods cannot be cancelled after preparation
  • Non-perishable items can be returned
  • Fraudulent payments will be cancelled

6. Refund Policy

Available options:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

Refund applies if:

  • Order not delivered due to our fault

Refund does NOT apply if:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Customer changed their mind

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days.

7. Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for indirect damages
  • Statutory rights remain unaffected

8. Promotional Codes

  • Applicable only on website orders
  • Must be applied during checkout
  • Cannot be combined or exchanged for cash
  • May be withdrawn anytime

9. General

  • Terms may be updated at any time
  • We may suspend access to services
  • Governed by UAE law

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content belongs to Dolce Sweets
  • Copying or distribution is prohibited
  • Trademark usage requires permission

11. My Account

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Users must keep credentials secure
  • Accounts may be suspended if misused
  • Users must keep data updated
